My name is Alia Haq. I have recently purchased a property at Myrtle Beach with the help of Condolux Realty. Mr. Elliott Evans was my agent. I had a limited budget and absolutely no clue what I could afford. Mr. Evans helped me to first figure out my requirements, and then he started to work accordingly. We decided to purchase a one bed room condo for an investment purpose. We live in Southern Virginia, and it was not convenient for us to travel to see the properties. Mr. Evans made it easier for us. He sent me a roster of MLS with comprehensive information that was within my budget. I went through the list and chose the best. Then we arranged a get together time. Mr. Evans went beyond the call of duty to be at our beck and call. He made sure that we saw each property and got the required information. I did actually like some of the showings, yet I still wanted to shop around a little bit more. He was more than happy to arrange that for us. Again he sent us some more listings, and I selected almost all of them. We made a second trip. This time our entire family was with us. He spent the whole day with us. That evening we found the property of our dream just in two trips to Myrtle Beach.
Mr. Evans is very congenial, extremely professional, and the most available and knowledgeable realtor I have every known. I have purchased a few properties in my home town, but I do not recall that as a pleasant experience. Mr. Evans saved us from all the hassle of traveling on our closing day. He personally took care of that business for us. We received all of those documents at our home to sign and mail back to save us a trip to Myrtle Beach. This was a most painless and uncomplicated experience for us. Also, Mr. Evans continues to keep in touch with us on an individual basis by sending us greeting cards, emails or sharing his happy family news. This definitely makes us feel important and assures us of his availability. He discusses new market trends and rates with us on a routine basis too. I personally recommend him to anyone who requires any kind of services in real estate.
